Roadmap

    What we are building,
    and what we will not.

Families deserve to know where this is going before they trust it with someone they love. Here is the honest version: what works today, what we are building, and what we are still thinking through.

    Now

    SHIPPING

    Working today, in families’ homes.

    • The voice companion on any phone

Landline, flip phone, or smartphone. Calls out, answers when they call back, and texts routines and reminders when a family wants them.

    • The twelve rules

Written into every companion and enforced on our servers, so no conversation can talk it out of them.

    • The crisis chain

When something sounds wrong, the companion stays calm, follows the steps the family chose, and brings a human in.

    • NeuroMem

The memory behind every companion, so the person never has to explain themselves twice.

    • The caregiver web app

Recaps after each call, alerts when something needs you, and full control over what the companion knows.

    • A 15 minute call that ends with our AI voice calling your phone

And a 45 minute setup call with the founder once you start.

    Next

    BUILDING

In progress, with dates we believe we can hold.

    • The Guardian Suite

GuardianMCP, Guardian Chrome, and Guardian Keyboard, one set of rules everywhere they type.

    • Caregiver app on the App Store

      Fall 2026

The same caregiver tools, as a native app.

    • Guardian for Chrome

      Fall 2026

Guardian help where people already spend their time online.

    • Pay with public funding at checkout

      Fall 2026

Waiver and self-directed budgets handled at signup instead of over email.

    • Provider agency pilots

      Winter 2026

Small, measured pilots with agencies who support many people at once.

    • White-label Training

      Winter 2026

Our pro bono training, in an organization’s own branding.

    • HIPAA readiness

      Winter 2026

Triggered by our first covered-entity partner, not before.

    Later

    EXPLORING

Real ideas we are working through carefully. No dates.

    • Guardian Keyboard for iOS and Android

The same steady help inside any app the person already types in.

    • Continuity

A caregiver’s routines, voice, and wisdom that keep showing up for the person after the caregiver cannot. Consent recorded while living, activated by a guardian or trustee, never pretending to be the person. We are talking to families and attorneys before we build it.

    • Voice Insight for care teams

Consented and de-identified patterns, shared only with the team a family chooses.

    • Agency and clinician views

The same clarity families get, shaped for the people who support many families.

    Fixed points

    What will not change.

    • It always says it is AI.
    • The person’s preferences win.
    • No app is ever required for the person.
    • Support, not surveillance.
    • Built to end the call.
    • Your data is not the product.
    How we decide

We build what a family can feel in a week.

If something makes the person more independent or gives the family a calmer day, it moves up. If it only makes a demo look better, it waits. Pilots stay small on purpose, so we learn from real homes before anything ships widely.

    What we will not build

    • No engagement tricks.
    • No ad model.
    • No pretending to be you.
    • No smartphone requirement.
    • No medical device.

    Start with a conversation

Fifteen minutes, and you will know.

Tell Josh the hardest part of the day. Hear how the companion would handle it, on your own phone. If it is not right for your family, he will say so.

Free. No credit card. We set up the account and our AI voice calls your phone.
