    For clinicians

Continuing education for thoughtful AI use.

Josh can provide continuing education credits for therapists and social workers in Illinois. Spectrum gives clinicians a focused place to learn how practical AI can support communication and everyday life while keeping professional judgment and consent at the center.

AlwaysHere is assistive technology powered by AI, so a clinician can recommend it the way they would recommend any assistive technology, to reinforce consented strategies between sessions.

    Referring a family

    Keep the family in control.

Share the 15 minute call with Josh. The family decides whether to name you as a professional partner. With their consent, you can share communication strategies through the professional portal.

    For provider agencies

    A focused 90-day pilot.

Test whether familiar AI help can reduce repeatable after-hours staff calls without weakening consent or human connection.

AlwaysHere is assistive technology powered by AI, so your team can place it in a person-centered plan as assistive technology that reinforces consented strategies between staff visits.

    One clear question

Choose 5 to 10 people who want to participate. We compare after-hours staff calls before and during the pilot, review opt-outs and safety events, and continue only where the experience was useful.

    What your team provides

    • A named pilot lead
    • Consent from each participant and authorized decision-maker, when applicable
    • A baseline count and time for setup and one midpoint review
